The service

DealDock provides a wholesale real estate analytics platform on a subscription basis. Access requires a credit card. The 3-day free trial is available once per account. Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Each seat is for one person. Team seat limits depend on your plan.

Acceptable use

You may use DealDock for lawful real estate investment activity. You may not reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, or share your account with others beyond your allotted seats.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the current period. No refunds for partial periods.

Limitation of liability

DealDock provides tools and data to support your analysis. All investment decisions are yours. We do not guarantee deal outcomes or the accuracy of third-party data sources.

Changes to these terms

We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material change to these terms.
